Comfort

All rooms include:
One bed with mattress, duvets and pillows.
Bed linen, duvet cover and pillowcases can be rented as an option.
The sizes of the beds differ according to the size of the rooms but most often it is about beds 140x190.
A bedside lamp with bedside lamp
A desk with office chair and work lamp.
A wardrobe or a cupboard of arrangement with wardrobe and hangers.
Some rooms have a private bathroom and sometimes a toilet.
Some rooms have a private TV.

All apartments include:
Dishwasher
Gas or electric hob, extractor hood,
Traditional oven,
Microwave oven
One or two fridge-freezer,
Toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker,
Iron with table
Vacuum cleaner,
Washing machine and often dry machine.

All bathrooms are equipped with shower and single or double vanity unit. Generally they are to be shared between maximum two tenants and very exceptionally three.

Some apartments have rooms with private bathroom.

These are kitchens equipped with the appliances mentioned above.

They include a table and chairs in sufficient number, in some cases a high bar with bar stools.

Living rooms, TV rooms :
They usually include sofas and / or armchairs, coffee table and flat screen TV (from 70 cms to 101 cm)

The TV is connected with the Freebox box which allows to read the blue ray discs.

When the apartment does not have a living room each room is equipped with its own TV.
