The principle

The problem of students alternately is to pay rent for 2 apartments, one on the place of the school and one at the place of the company...
In order to solve this problem, roommate Invest crossed schedules of the different formations to form groups assigned to some of its apartments. The goal is to allocate rooms not to a person but to more depending on the schedules.

Roommate Invest rates and booking deposit

These rates are only reserved for the rotating of the ISTP.
These rates are to be applied, you must that table reservations for the same apartment is complete. It is your responsibility to do its utmost to find interested people to form a group of roommates for the grid based on the different sections.

Room rates are inclusive of all charges, they include water, gas, electricity, heating and internet.
Booking deposit:
The booking deposit is requested is the amount of your first month's rent. At the signing of the lease you have to pay lease fees (€50.00 per tenant) and equal to 1 month's rent security deposit. The security deposit is returned upon departure from the apartment after inventory.
In the case where the reservation Board is not complete and you do not want to rent a room as an individual, your deposit would be returned.

Insurance

The apartment is provided both by the owner (owner not working) and the tenants. For reasons of simplicity, to avoid steps, insurance for tenants will be obtained by the owner on their behalf. The cost of this insurance will be divided by the number of tenants and charged during the first month's rent.
